If elected as School Trustee, I will take the responsibility seriously.
I know firsthand what a strong education can make possible. My own experience in BC schools gave me the foundation to pursue higher education and build a successful career. I want every student to have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for their own future.
I also know that good intentions are not enough. After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I have learned that leadership means making thoughtful decisions, being accountable for those decisions, and delivering results.
As your School Trustee, these are the commitments I will bring to the Board.

Keep student success, well-being and future opportunities at the centre of every decision.
I will advocate for our schools.
Fight for the resources our students, teachers and schools need to succeed.
I will listen and collaborate.
Hear from students, parents, educators and our community, and work together toward practical solutions.

Understand the issues, challenge assumptions and make decisions based on evidence and what is best for students.

Be transparent about decisions, responsible with public resources, and accountable for the results.
I will remain independent.
Listen to different perspectives while making informed, independent decisions in the best interests of students and our community.
